Public’s input sought on health care issues
GREENFIELD — Healthy365 a community wellness initiative by Hancock Health is conducting a community health needs assessment. It is asking residents to complete a survey to gauge the public’s perceptions of health issues.
Among other things, the survey asks for opinions about top health concerns facing the community and thoughts about barriers and access to health care.
