Karl Edward (Ed) Craig, age 77, passed away January 22, 2020 at Rawlins House in Pendleton.

He was born to Chard and Ruth Craig on September 1, 1942 in Anderson and lived in Madison County most of his life with five years in Hancock County.

He was Baptized and joined the Evangelical United Brethren Church in Pendleton on September 15, 1959.

He graduated with the Class of 1960 from Pendleton High School and immediately left for the Air Force where he served for four years. Upon returning he hired in at Guide Lamp of General Motors and retired from there. He worked third shift most of his career. During this time, he also served in the Air Force Reserves.

He married Gladys Fay Carson on February 14, 1969 and they were married almost 51 years.

He enrolled in Ivy Tech and received a degree as a CPA in 1999.

He is survived by Gladys Fay, her son Tony and his children, a sister Mary Kathryn (Gerald) Titus of Greenfield, a brother Roderick (Shardell) Craig of Robertsdale, Alabama, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, one Uncle David Dickey, special cousins Tina Robbins and Linda Mercer and several other cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother C. Richard Craig, and sister in-law Rhonda Craig.

Cremation Arrangements were entrusted to Indiana Funeral Care, there will be no visitation or service.
