NEW PALESTINE — Five people expressed interest in filling the two new seats on the New Palestine Town Council, and the existing council members will invite two of them to join today (Jan. 4).
The vote to add the new members will come during the council’s regularly scheduled meeting at 8 a.m. at town hall.
The council members reviewed the credentials of the candidates at a special meeting on Thursday, Jan. 3. The candidates, who were required to submit letters of interest, are Adam Axthelm, Clint Bledsoe, Angela Fahrnow, John Lytell and Brooke Newman.
