GREENFIELD
Iva Dale (Collins) Fields, age 79, of Greenfield, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. She was born in Whitesburg, Kentucky on October 24, 1940 to Charlie and Edna (Niece) Collins. Iva married Roy Lee Fields on October 16, 1960 in Mohawk, IN.
She was a homemaker and attended Greenfield First Church of The Nazarene. Iva enjoyed walking, going to garage sales, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Iva is survived by her children, Gary Fields, Bobby Fields, Lisa (Michael II) Goddard, Kelly Fields, and Wendy Rothrock; five grandchildren, Morgan, Courtney, Ethan, Trinity, and Gavin; and great-grandchildren, Jae-lienn, Matthias, and Bethany; siblings, Jean Brunty, John L. Collins, Henrietta Evans, William Ballard Collins, and Teddy Collins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Edna Collins; husband, Roy Fields; infant sister, Lavon Collins, sisters, Mildred Fields and Emilee Evans; brother, Stevie Collins; granddaughter, Louisa Goddard; and grandson, Matthew Rothrock.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at 1:00 p.m. Pastor David Huff will be officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
