Pride Investment Partners donates to nonprofits

GREENFIELD — Pride Investment Partners, parent company of Leo’s Market and Eatery, presented $756 checks to two Hancock County nonprofit organizations recently during the market and eatery’s inaugural Customer Appreciation Day.

Hancock Hope House and The Landing Place received the contributions.

Many employees of Leo’s Market and Eatery, 2212 W. Main St., donate a portion of each paycheck to Leo’s Community Enrichment Fund, which the store matches.

Twice a year, Leo’s employees will be asked to help decide how to put that money back into the community.

Indiana Members Credit Union donates to high school

NEW PALESTINE — Indiana Members Credit Union recently presented a check for $1,500 to New Palestine schools as part of an ongoing school spirit debit card program and sponsorship.

The partnership allows New Palestine fans the opportunity to show their school spirit and support the athletic program by signing up for a New Palestine Dragons themed debit card. Every time the card is used as a signature based transaction, New Palestine athletics benefits.
