GREENFIELD — Purdue Extension Hancock County will have an open house for families interested in joining 4-H from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, at the Sarah Burke 4-H Exhibit Hall at the fairgrounds, 620 Apple St., Greenfield.
There will be samples of 4-H projects, and club leaders and project superintendents will be available to answer questions. Participants will be able to decorate a cupcake while learning about 4-H. There will be computers available to enroll for the 2019-20 4-H year online. Enrollment in Indiana 4-H is open to any youth enrolled in grades three through 12 on Jan. 1 of the 4-H year. The Mini program is for youth enrolled in kindergarten through second grade on Jan. 1 of the 4-H year.
Attendees are welcome to arrive at any point between 1 and 3.
