Hancock Arts offers water color workshop
GREENFIELD — Artist Sandy Hall will lead a watercolor workshop from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Oct. 14 at Twenty North Gallery, 20 N. State St. Participants will receive guidance and interactive demonstrations, practice in blending and layering techniques, and instruction on how to incorporate use of a flat-edge brush to turn an abstract idea into a simple modern painting. GREENFIELD — The Purdue Extension Office will offer cooking demonstrations from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 17 and Nov. 13 at the Purdue Extension Office, 802 Apple St. All are invited to the workshop for some free samples and new ways to use farm-fresh seasonal foods. Garage sale offers bargains on craft supplies
