Kevin M. Havens, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident.
Zachary B. Moore, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, disregarding stop sign.
Kameron B. Evans, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, possession of marijuana.
James E. Shearer, driving while suspended.
Virgilo Xique, operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, improper or no tail or plate light.
Alan D. Hodge II, possession of marijuana, learners permit violation.
Marshall A. White, neglect of a dependent, public intoxication.
