GREENFIELD — Local nonprofit organization Love INC will have a “Love Runs Deep” 5K fundraising run Sept. 14.
The event is open to all ages, with a shorter “kids’ dash” race beginning at 9:15 a.m. and the 5K race beginning at 9:30 a.m. The run will begin and end at the Greenfield Courthouse Plaza and take runners along the Pennsy Trail.
Entry in the event costs $25 for individual adults, $100 for teams of up to five adults and is free for children ages 12 and under. Proceeds will benefit the local chapter of Love INC, which works to connect those in need to local resources not provided through social service agencies by partnering with a network of churches.
