GREENFIELD — Spots are filling up, but Leadership Hancock County is still accepting applications for its 2019-20 class. The deadline to apply is Monday, Aug. 5
The class will meet once a month through April and will study key leadership strategies. They also will learn about Hancock County and the issues and opportunities it faces.
Topics include discussions about Hancock County’s history; its business climate; community issues; and local government. Leadership seminars focus on community service, servant leadership and situational leadership.
Using the DiSC personality profile system, class members learn insights about the ways they interact with others, and how others interact with them. A series of exercises demonstrates the power of understanding group dynamics.
