Veterans Service Office offers assistance
GREENFIELD — The Hancock County Veterans Service Office is open four days a week to help veterans navigate the bureaucracy to obtain benefits.
The office, in the Memorial Building at 98 E. North St., is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays.
The office assists veterans and their families in obtaining a number of benefits to which they may be entitled, including health care, disability compensation, pension and educational, financial and vocational rehabilitation assistance.
