Local business thanks GPD officers for service

GREENFIELD — David Stillinger, owner of Stillinger Family Funeral Home, visited the Greenfield Police Department recently to deliver a sweet gesture of appreciation to the city’s police officers.

Stillinger provided tasty treats from Taylor’s Bakery to the 40 officers of the GPD in an effort to thank them for everything the department does for the community on a daily basis.

“We truly appreciate everything the Greenfield Police Department does for the betterment of our community,” David Stillinger said in a release. “Their selfless service to Greenfield can go unnoticed or underappreciated on a day-to-day basis.”
