St. John invites community to dinner

Mt. Lebanon United Methodist plans fish fry

GREENFIELD — Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church, 3447 S. State Road 9, Greenfield, will play host to its Spring Fish Fry from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 11.

The menu will include fried fish, French fries, hush puppies, baked beans, slaw, desserts and beverages. Hot dogs and carry-out will also be available. A free-will offering will be accepted, with proceeds used for missions and special projects.

Gospel concert at Nazarene church

GREENFIELD — Mark Murphy will be in concert at 10:30 a.m. May 19 at Greenfield First Church of the Nazarene, 1980 S. State St.

Murphy is a gospel soloist who has recorded with Bill Gaither and sings for the Church of the Nazarene. He shares his story of healing from Stage 4 colon cancer.

McCordsville church plans free-will breakfast

McCORDSVILLE — McCordsville United Methodist Church’s next community breakfast is set for 7:30 to 10 a.m. May 18 at the church, 6247 W. Broadway, McCordsville.

Most breakfast favorites are on the menu, organizers say. A free-will offering will be accepted.
