INDIANAPOLIS — Two New Palestine High School students were among 27 students from around the state selected by United Way to take part in the 2019 Youth Leadership United program.

Each year, students are selected through a competitive application process. The 2019 class includes Lucy Miller, freshman; and Bailey Young, sophomore, New Palestine High School.

Youth Leadership United teaches high school students about the nonprofit sector and how to serve on boards and committees, expanding their community leadership opportunities.
