GREENFIELD — Hancock County Solid Waste Management District is offering two waste collection events in April.
The events will be 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 27 and 28 at Covance, 671 S. Meridian Road, Greenfield.
Hazardous waste: $5 per carload
Electronics: $5 per carload, $20 fee for projection screen TVs, $10 fee for all 32-inch TVs and larger, $5 fee for all TVs smaller than 32 inches and all computer monitors
Document shredding: $3 per box
Tires: $4.50 off rim, $5 on (car tires), first two car tires free
Latex paint: $1 per quart, $2 per gallon, $5 for five gallons
The events will also accept shoe donations and expired nonperishable food.
