GREENFIELD
Annie “Marie” Buckman, age 97 of Greenfield passed away Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Hancock Regional Hospice. She was born September 20, 1921 in Lebanon, Kentucky to the late Frank and Stella (Short) Polley.
Marie married Spencer “Clark” Buckman on December 18, 1937. Prior to her retirement in 1975 Marie was a machine operator at Guide Lamp in Anderson for over 30 years and was a member of Victory Baptist Church.
She is survived by sons, Jerry (Judy) Buckman of Indiana, Bronie Buckman of Tennessee; sister, Dorothy Moore; grandchildren, Kimberly Beasley, Shannon Boyk, Heidi Craig, Amy Singhas, Katie Slater; great grandchildren, Morgan, Michaela, Torey, Nash, Gabby, Olivia, Anna, Kiley, Braydenn, Brian Jr.; and great great granddaughter, Maleigha.
She is preceded in death by her husband Clark in 1989, her parents listed above; daughter, Patsy Buckman; grandson, Jose’; and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral will be 10:30 am, Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield with burial immediately following at Asbury Cemetery, Morristown. Friends may call one hour prior to service.
