Candlelight Theatre offers room-by-room play

"Anything Goes" at Booth Tarkington Civic

CARMEL – The Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre, 3 Center Green, presents the music of Hoosier Cole Porter with “Anything Goes.” This age-old tale of boy meets girl blends dance, laughs and songs such as “You’re the Top” and “Anything Goes.” The show opens Friday and runs through Oct. 27. One last weekend to visit “Brigadoon”

INDIANAPOLIS – The Scottish Highlands are the backdrop for this magical tale about the power of love. New Yorker Tommy Albright unexpectedly wanders into the mysterious village of Brigadoon, which only appears for one day every 100 years. When Tommy meets and falls in love with Fiona, he must decide whether to return to his old life or stay in Brigadoon forever. “Brigadoon” plays at Footlite Musicals, 1847 N.
