Greenfield plans fall leaf pickup
The city of Greenfield has scheduled fall leaf pickup, set to begin on Oct. 29.
Leaves must be raked to the curbside. Bagged leaves will be picked up the same day if you call the street department before noon, at 317-477-4380. Bagged leaves must be placed at curbside for pickup.
The schedule is:
East side of State Road 9 to north of U.S. 40, including properties east of State Road 9 to the city limits and north of U.S. 40: Oct. 29-30; Nov. 7-8; Nov. 16-19; Nov. 28-29
West side of State Road 9 to north of U.S. 40, including properties west of State Road 9 to the city limits and north of U.S. 40: Oct. 31-Nov. 1; Nov. 9-13; Nov. 20-21; Nov. 30-Dec. 3
South of U.S. 40, including all properties south of U.S. 40 to the city limits, south, east and west: Nov. 14-15; Nov. 26-27; Dec. 4-5
This schedule could change due to weather and the availability of machinery and crews.
