The Indianapolis World War II Roundtable will be hosting an event, Dinner with a Hero, on Sept. 25 in Indianapolis.
Ronald E. Rosser, an Army veteran who received the Medal of Honor for his actions while fighting in the Korean War, will be in attendance at the dinner. Guests will have the opportunity to meet Rosser, as well as take part in a silent auction including a special autographed item by Rosser. Proceeds will benefit the group.
The dinner will be held at the Northside Knights of Columbus, located at 2100 E. 71st St., Indianapolis. Doors open at 4 p.m., with dinner being served at 5 p.m. The meeting starts at 6 p.m.
Tickets are $10, and include a buffet dinner. Parking is free, and the event is handicap accessible.
