Genesis Plastics Welding is hosting its fourth annual Pay It Forward Yard Sale on Aug. 18 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The community yard sale will take place in the company’s parking lot, located at 720 E. Broadway St. in Fortville.
The sale will include individual yard sale booths manned by both Genesis employees, the Mt. Vernon High School band and individuals throughout the Fortville Office Park.
Participation is open to any individual or company that wishes to take part in the community sale and fundraiser.
Items expected to be available include clothes, jackets, purses, home goods, accent pieces, picture frames, cookware, lawn items, furniture and more. Twenty percent of each booth’s sales will go to the Mt. Vernon High School band.
Purchases must be made by cash only. The event will take place rain or shine.
