Indianapolis Orchestra jazzes up the library

GREENFIELD — The Indianapolis Jazz Orchestra visits the Hancock County Public Library, 900 W. McKenzie Road, at 7 p.m. Monday for an evening of big band jazz. Naturalist to lead night hike

GREENFIELD — Greenfield Parks and Rec. offers a naturalist-led night hike beginning at 8:45 p.m. April 21 through Thornwood Preserve, 1579 S. Morristown Pike. The cost to attend is $5. Kroger presents ‘Pink Passion Party’

GREENFIELD — Kroger’s “Girls’ Night Out Pink Passion Party” starts at 7 p.m. April 21 at the Blu Falls Arts & Event Center, 8820 S. State Road 9 in Pendleton and runs through 11:30 p.m. Tickets are available at Lucy Couture Boutique, Kroger and the James T. Anderson MD Center for Women’s Health for $25. Admission includes hors d’oeuvres, a fashion show, bed and bath décor, massages, a nail and hair salon, a silent auction, raffle and door prizes, custom floral arranging and a Barbie doll contest. Entertainment will be provided by the Pauls Court Band and B.A.D. entertainment DJ services. Proceeds from the event go to benefit the James T. Anderson MD Center for Women’s Health. Easter egg hunt at Kindred Health Care

Bowling event to benefit two groups

GREENFIELD — Hancock Hope House and the Boys and Girls Club of Hancock County are partnering for a bowling event on April 21 at Strike Force Lanes, 1539 W. Main St. Registration opens at 6 p.m.; bowling starts at 7 p.m. The cost is $50 per team of two players for three games of scotch doubles. The event includes a silent auction and raffle baskets. McCordsville egg hunt scheduled for Saturday

McCORDSVILLE — The annual McCordsville Easter Egg Hunt will begin promptly at noon on Saturday at Town Hall Park, 6280 W. County Road 800N. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to find park and be sorted by age groups. Additional activities include face painting and a visit with the Easter bunny.

Indiana Comic Con hosts pop culture celebrities
