Robert L. “Bob” Hunter, 76, of New Palestine, died on Monday, March 27, 2017, at his residence. He was born on September 10, 1940, in Indianapolis as the son of Robert V. and Charlotte V. (Grogg) Hunter.
Bob is survived by his wife, Gerry-Ann Hunter; children, Pamela Hunter-Shaw, Denny Hunter and Stephen Hunter; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Charlotte Hunter.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 31, at the mortuary. Chaplain David Woods will be officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.
