Oaklandon Civic tells fish stories through melodies
OAKLANDON — Oaklandon Civic Theatre presents “King Mackerel and the Blues are Running: Songs and Stories of the Carolina Coast,” weekends through March 19. Tall tales and ballads bring the Carolina coast to inland Indiana as the cast of musical fishermen stage a benefit to save the Corncake Inlet Inn. Audiences should save room for dessert as Bonnie’s Café will be selling theme-related treats during intermission.
