Ronald R. Gregory, 77 of Greenfield, passed away Monday, January 30, 2017, at Henry County Hospital in New Castle. He was born January 22, 1940, in New Castle, the son of the late Roy L. and Martha E. McClane.
Ron retired from Quality Control with Ford Motor in Indianapolis after 40 years of service. He proudly served his country in the Army following the Korean conflict. He was a past member of the Charlottesville Fire Dept. for several years and the former Masonic Lodge of Knightstown #16. He was very mechanically inclined and loved working on cars and motorcycles.
He is survived by his children, Kevin (Kathleen) Gregory of Greenwood, Terri Masters of Greenfield; grandchildren, Jason and Jacob Gregory, Logan Masters; sister, Joyce Smith of Texas; brother, Clifford Gregory of South Carolina.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Wava Gregory in 2016; brothers, Bobby and Kenneth Gregory.
Calling will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, February 4, at Condo and Son Funeral home in Wilkinson. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, February 4, at the funeral home with Dan D’Angelo officiating. Burial will follow at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson.
