Mauro Sanchez, operating a motor vehicle without ever having received a license, failure to dim headlights, speeding.
Jamie S. Cole, driving while suspended.
Samuel M. Scott, driving while suspended, possession of marijuana.
Larry D. Berry Jr., possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, improper headlights.
