Nicole Ann Stephens, 26, of Edinburgh, died Sunday, April 17, 2016, at her residence. She was born September 4, 1989, in Indianapolis as the daughter of Rick Joe Stephens and Katherine (Lingenfelter) Mullins.
She is survived by her father, Rick Stephens (girlfriend, Patricia Hyatt) of Carthage; stepfather, Richard Mullins of Edinburg; half-brother, Christopher Wayne Stephens; half-sister, Jaime Fatridte; grandmother, Phyllis Lingenfelter; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Katherine Mullins; grandfather David Lingenfelter; and grandparents James and Judy Stephens.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of service. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 21, at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel, with the Rev. Danny Douglas officiating. Burial will be in Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
