Sept. 10
Nicole R. Brown pleaded guilty to criminal mischief; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; 90 days of home detention; restitution to victim for $500; fine and cost: $183.
Alexis R. Sanchez pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $400.
Barbara K. Shepperd pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost; $183.
Sept. 11
Joshua J. Bailey pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost; $183.
Cathy Walter pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; 355 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days home detention; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 365 days; fine and cost: $783.
