Connie J. King, 57, Lapel, died on Friday, Oct. 30, 2015. She was born on Aug. 27, 1958, in Anderson and graduated from Madison Heights High School in 1976.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Tyran D. King; her parents, Don and Virginia Gwaltney of Anderson; two children, Don (Chassidy) King of Fishers and Stephanie (Jesse) George of Noblesville; three brothers, Steve (Vicky) Owens of Texas, Scott (Sibylle) Owens of California and Kirk ( Cindy) Owens of Lapel and three granddaughters.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2015, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel with Pastors Dawn Cuthbert and Brad Buhro officiating. Burial will follow in East Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson.
