Aug. 20

Tyron C. Brown pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case; fine and cost: $183.

Eboni M. Cole pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 14 days in jail with 14 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $183.

Brittany N. Abbett pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; fine and cost: $183.

William S. Clark pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 104 days executed and 261 days suspended; 261 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; restitution to victim to be determined; driver’s license suspended 180 days; fine and cost: $783.

Jarrod King pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 114 days executed and 251 days suspended; 251 days formal probation; restitution to victim to be determined; fine and cost: $183.

Jordan D. Caplinger pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days executed; restitution to Kroger to be determined; fine and cost: $183.

Aug. 21

Carrie L. Donoghue pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; one year formal probation; fine and cost: $183.

Kenneth Ford pleaded guilty to failure to return to lawful detention, felony; sentenced to 910 days in jail with 910 days executed; fine and cost: $183.

Brittany A. Evans pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; fine and cost: $583.

Ted D. Markley pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 10 days executed and 50 days suspended; 180 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $280.50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; fine and cost: $783.
