Richard F. Rodriguez pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $400.
Karl E. Kelly pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; 120 days home detention; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 46 days. Fine and cost: $783.
Karl E. Kelly pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; one year probation; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.
