The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:
June 15
Jason T. Cummins pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 30 days executed and 335 days suspended; 335 days formal probation; restitution to Walmart for unrecovered property. Fine and cost: $168.
Caleb M. Reason pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 106 days executed and 259 days suspended; 259 days informal probation; restitution to the city of Greenfield to be determined; $50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $768.
Michael L. Kendall pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.
Michael A. Pettet pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; no contact with victim. Fine and cost: $168.
