The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:

June 12

Juan Demetrio-Morales pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement; sentenced to 120 days in jail with 120 days executed. Fine and cost: $168.

Juan Garcia-Delacruz pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement; sentenced to 62 days in jail with 62 days executed. Fine and cost: $168.

Filemon Hernandez-Sanchez pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 36 days executed and 329 days suspended; 329 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $100 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $768.

Filemon Hernandez-Sanchez pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without ever having received a license; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 36 days executed and 24 days suspended; 329 days probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.
