HANCOCK COUNTY — Carole Maynard recently introduced herself to the Kiwanis Club during the May “Meet your Kiwanian” meeting.
Maynard is a lifelong resident of Hancock County and was born in Willow Branch. She and her late husband have one son and a grandson.
Maynard spent her professional career working in the Hancock County Assessor’s Office beginning in 1968. She went on to serve 22 years as assessor. During her terms in office, she implemented aerial maps and automated systems.
