April 7

Michael Swails pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior, felony; sentenced to 545 days in jail with 10 days executed and 535 days suspended; 535 days drug and alcohol probation; 90 days home detention; victim impact panel. Fine and cost: $768.

April 8

Matthew R. Tague pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days home detention; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $568.

Matthew R. Tague pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; restitution to victim for amount of damage to be determined; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw, $280.50; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Jamesha Smith pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; restitution to victim for $200. Fine and cost: $168.

Troy A. Addison pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days executed; driver’s license suspended for 180 days. Fine and cost: $368.

April 9

Kaci Libertoro pleaded guilty to criminal trespass; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $168.

Kyle D. Sharpe pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days executed. Fine and cost: $168.
