FINES AND SENTENCES
The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:
April 2
Ralph Gardner pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle in violation of driver’s license restrictions; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 180 days informal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.
Michael S. Brickles pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation. Fine and cost: $200.
Jason A. Davis pleaded guilty to non-support of a dependent, felony; sentenced to 1,095 days in jail with 1,095 days suspended; 1,095 days formal probation. Fine and cost: $168.

Carlos Flores pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with eight days executed and 357 days suspended; 357 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; restitution to victim to be determined. Fine and cost: $768.
Jason A. Davis pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 140 days in jail with 140 days executed; $200 drug interdiction fee; driver’s license suspended 180 days; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $168.

Kristie Malner pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, felony; sentenced to 545 days in jail with four days executed and 541 days suspended; 541 days drug and alcohol probation; 90 days community service; victim impact panel; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw $280.50; driver’s license suspended 180 days.
