The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:
March 13
Camerino Julian-Sanchez pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without a license; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; one year probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.
Philip R. Melangton pleaded guilty to failure to stop after a property-damage accident; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 80 days executed and 100 days suspended; 285 days formal probation; restitution to Cinergy Power to be determined; driver’s license suspended 180 days. Fine and cost: $168.
Philip R. Melangton pleaded guilty to driving while suspended with prior; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 80 days executed and 100 days suspended; 285 days probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

Amanda F. Green pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 16 days executed and 345 days suspended; 349 days formal probation. Fine and cost: $168.

Darrell C. Gaddis pleaded guilty to being a habitual traffic violator, felony; sentenced to 545 days in jail with 545 days executed; driver’s license suspended for life; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case. Fine and sentence: $168.
