Phillip R. Pierce pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana with prior; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 30 days executed and 335 days suspended; 335 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days home detention; $200 drug interdiction fee. Fine and cost: $568.

Ramiro Torves pleaded guilty to domestic battery; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; domestic violence counseling; $50 domestic violence fine. Fine and cost: $168.

Daniel P. Tiplick pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel. Fine and cost: $768.

Petra M. Cusson pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 30 days executed and 150 days suspended; 335 days formal probation; anger management counseling. Fine and cost: $168.
