Laura Christie Welage, 29, Greenfield, died on March 27, 2015. She was born on July 5, 1985, to Don and Debbie Day Edwards.
She is survived by her father; husband, Theodore Welage; sister, Olivia Edwards and grandmother, Annie Edwards.
Her mother preceded her in death.
Services will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2015, at Greenfield Church of God.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Daniel F. O'Riley Funeral Home.
