David R. Peck, 60, of Knightstown, died Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014, at his residence. He was born Aug. 1, 1954, in Rush County a son of the late Harold R. Peck and Nova (Gabbard) Sorrell of Knightstown.
In addition to his mother; he is survived by a son, Jared Peck of Knightstown; a daughter, Madalyn Peck of Vincennes; 1 grandson; siblings, Denise Williams of Greenfield, Carrie (Dwight) Baxter of Indianapolis, James (Christena) Craig of Knightstown; stepmother, Norma Peck of Indianapolis; 1 uncle; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Crump; maternal grandparents, Owen and Opal (Pitts) Gabbard.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 2, 2015 at Glen Cove Cemetery.
