Richard Eugene Walton, 52, of Greenfield, passed away Friday, March 28, 2014. He was born on July 25, 1961, in Anderson, as the son of Stanley Eugene and Evelyn Louise (Keesling) Walton.
He is survived by his son, Justin Walton of Greenfield; brothers, John (Tony) Ohnheiser of Wellington, Ky., Damon R. (Katie) Ohnheiser of Louisville; sister, Susie Ohnheiser of Anderson; his mother-in-law; his sister-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Evelyn Walton; and brothers, Michael H. Walton and A. Joe Ohnheiser.
A celebration of life will be held at 11a.m. on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at Greenfield Christian Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140, to help defray the family’s funeral expenses.
