Russel Edward Salm, 40, of New Palestine, died Nov. 9, 2013. He was born Oct. 19, 1973, in South Amboy, N.J., to Edward and Bobby (Sykes) Salm.
Survivors include his loving parents; brother, Andrew Salm (Bri Di Bari); grandmother, Mary Lois Salm; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; Preceding him in death are his grandparents, Robert and Lila Sykes and Edward Salm.
An open house Celebration of Life will be held from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, 2013, at 47 Gettysburg Coatesville, Ind. 46121.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to his group home which may be sent to Old National Bank, c/o In Memory of Russel Salm, 9720 U.S. 36, Avon, IN 46123. Arrangements have been entrusted toConkle Funeral Home, Avon Chapel.
