Laynie Mae Weber, 18 days old, passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2012. Born on April 11, 2012, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Douglas Weber II and Shelbi Gilleland. Laynie was beautiful, strong, and smart. She survived heart surgery at only 4 days old.

Surviving her are her parents, Shelbi Gilleland and Douglas Weber II of Greenfield; brother, Douglas Weber III of Greenfield; grandparents, Adam and Penny Gilleland of Greenfield and Doug and Shana Weber of Greenfield; great-grandparents, Donna and David Keith of Greenfield, Donald and Peggy Davidson of Indianapolis; Billy Vaughn of Indianapolis, Charles and Ann Weber of Indianapolis, and Ernest Sears of Indianapolis; aunts and uncles, Sierra Gilleland, Lianna Weber, Chadd Weber, Will Weber, and Breanna Sears, all of Greenfield; great-great-grandmother, Ruthe Vaughn; and many great aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Preceding her in death were her grandparents, William Vaughn, Reva Sears, Mitchell Sears, and Betty Jenkins.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at Brandywine Community Church in Greenfield. Funeral services will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2012, at the church. Burial will take place at Philadelphia Cemetery.
