Rosemary Phillips, Age 82, of Fortville, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011.
Rosemary had been a Girl Scout Leader; she had also been involved with the New Palestine Fire Department, Women’s Auxiliary, and was a member of Fortville Christian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Elton R. Phillips; brother Bob (Lois) Bevis; sister Florence Young; daughters, Artis (Jeff) Kingston, and Arlene (Jim) Privett; grandchildren Tina (Todd) Hauk Catron, Jimmy (Nikki) Privett, Jessica (Shannon) Privett, great grandchildren Reagan Hauk, Gavin Privett, Evan Privett, Nicholas Catron, and step great grandchildren Kylie, Gage, Jacob Catron.
Rosemary was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Downey; brothers, Wilfred and Ed Bevis.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from11 a.m. until the time of the service at Flanner and Buchanan, Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street. Entombment will be at Washington Park East Cemetery.
