Ronald Lee Hoff, 78 of Heritage Lake, formerly of Cumberland and Greenfield, passed away on July 9, 2011.
Mr. Hoff was a graduate of Warren Central High School, Indiana University and received his Masters Degree from Ball State University. He taught elementary school for eight years at Mt. Comfort and McCordsville and twenty-nine years at I.P.S. School 14. He was born Aug. 11, 1933 to Walter and Lillie Hoff.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Susan J. (Fruits); son, Scott Hoff of Heritage Lake; daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Joseph South and grandchildren, Jacob, Lilianne and Lauren South all of Pittsboro and sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Larry Miller of Fountaintown and brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Rena Ferris of Cumberland and sister-in-law Margaret Rohloff of Indianapolis as well as nieces and nephews.
A private interment was held for immediate family. Memorial Service will be held Thursday, July 14, 2011 at 7 p.m. with visitation from 6 pm till the time of the service at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center at Washington Park East 10722 East Washington Street; Indianapolis, IN 46229.
Memorial contributions may be made to a College Fund of a Child in need or the National Kidney Foundation.
