Leonard “JR” Dillard, Jr., 49, of Fortville, died Feb. 14, 2011. He was born Mar. 28, 1961, in Lebanon, Ind.
He is survived by children: Leah Dillard of Greenfield, Andrew Guzman of Greenfield, Tamera Dillard and Trina Dillard of Fortville, step-daughter: Tonya Plettner of Union City, Mich., mother and step-father Lois and Gene Eastes of Kokomo, brother: Sam Chappell of Indianapolis, sisters Carol Phillips and Barb Dillard both of Greenfield and Tanya Perham of Kennard; and 3 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father Leonard Dillard, Sr.
A Celebration of JR’s life will be held at 12 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 18, 2011, at the Fortville Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Phil Edwards officiating.
