INDIANAPOLIS — Rolling Thunder Indiana will escort former Indiana prisoners of war and family members of those still missing in action to participate in the Indianapolis POW/MIA Recognition Day Ceremony on Sept. 18.
The escort will be from the Fort Harrison Veterans Center, 9450 E. 59th St., Indianapolis, to the Indiana World War Memorial, 55 E. Michigan St., Indianapolis. Staging will be from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Ivy Tech Community College parking lot across the street from the veterans center. The departing ceremony will be from 10 to 10:45 a.m., with departure at 11 a.m. The ceremony begins at noon.
