Robert D. Montrose, 87, of Greenfield, died on Monday, June 19, 2017, at Hancock Regional Hospital Hospice. Born on April 14, 1930, in Greenfield, as the son of Harold T. and Florence E. (Cunningham) Montrose.
Survived by his wife, Pamela Montrose of Greenfield; sister-in-law, Cheryl (Joe) Skvarenina of Greenfield; and nephew, Troy Roberts of Greencastle.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, at Elewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 22, at the mortuary. Pastor Gary Wright and Robert Wakeland will be officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield with military rites presented by the Greenfield Veterans Honor Guard.
