Local residents earn online degrees

HANCOCK COUNTY — Nine area residents recently graduated from Western Governors University, a Salt Lake City-based online university.

Two Fortville residents were among those receiving their degrees from the online college. Michelle Kunkle and Kayla Shaw both earned their bachelor’s of science in nursing.

From Greenfield, seven earned their degrees: Wendy Carroll-Meneses, bachelor of nursing; Dana Daniels, master’s of business administration in IT management; Stephanie Bowser, master’s of science in nursing – leadership and management; Redawna Warner, bachelor’s of arts in educational studies; Rebecca Swift, bachelor’s of science in nursing; Adam Snyder, master’s of business administration; and Zachary Edwards, bachelor of science in accounting.
