Cheryl L. Dzuba, 55, of McCordsville, died February 25, 2017, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born October 23, 1961, in Saginaw, Mich.
She is survived by husband, Michael Dzuba; daughter, Jennifer Dzuba; granddaughter, Evalynn Dzuba both of Fortville; mother, MaryJane (Johnson) Kocis of Indianapolis; sister, Michele Nowlin of New Whiteland.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Kocis.
Friends may call from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 11, at Outlook Christian Church. A Celebration of Cheryl’s life will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 11, at Outlook Christian Church with Rob McCord officiating.
