Tyler W. McCormick, 34, of Morristown, died Sunday, May 15, 2016. He was born on April 17, 1982, in Hancock County as the son of Donald E. McCormick and Diana K. Lutes.
He is survived by his wife, Donna M. McCormick of Morristown; daughters, Kendyll J. McCormick and Valerie C. McCormick of Morristown; parents, Donald E. (Becky) McCormick of Indianapolis and Diana K. (Stephen) Lutes of Shelbyville; stepsisters, Allison D. Russell and Amy M. Douglas both of Indianapolis; grandparents, Rex and Dorothy Bridgford of Shelbyville, Bill McCormick of Greenfield and Lois (Bob) Cloutier of Fountaintown; mother-in-law, Sandra Johnson of Indianapolis; several aunts and uncles and many cousins.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday,
May 20, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 U.S. 40 West, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 21, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hanover Cemetery in Morristown.
